HOURS OF OPERATION

• Monday–Friday: 6 PM–9 PM

• Saturday: 10 AM–3 PM

• Closed Sundays & Major Holidays

Messages received after hours will be answered the next business day. During peak times, please allow up to 48 hours for a response.

BOOKING POLICY
All bookings must be made through our website. Direct messages or texts will not be accepted. If you have questions before booking, please use the contact form.

​

Need it same day? Be sure to select the Rush Order option when booking.

​

PRICING
All prices are subject to change at any time and become effective upon posting. If a service was booked before a price change, the original price will be honored until the project is complete.

PAYMENT METHODS
Payments must be made through the Dom Effect website. No other forms of payment are accepted.

​

REFUND POLICY
All payments are 100% non-refundable. If you choose to cancel, your payment and any designs will be forfeited. Refunds are only granted at the designer’s discretion under extraordinary circumstances.

​

CANCELLATION POLICY
Once content is submitted and the design process begins, cancellations are not eligible for a refund. Please ensure you are ready to move forward before submitting your materials.

​

COMMUNICATION

To protect both parties, communication will be conducted via email unless otherwise agreed. This helps maintain a clear record of all correspondence.​

​

Once a contract or proposal is sent, it must be signed within 48–72 hours. If not, the project will be canceled and refunded, and future bookings will be denied.​

​

TURNAROUND TIMES

• Custom Services: 1–10 business days

• Design Packages & Websites: 7–28 business days

​

Turnaround begins when:

• Full payment is received

• The design form is completed

• All content (images, copy, links, etc.) is submitted

Delays in submitting materials will result in delays in your turnaround.

REVISIONS & UPCHARGES
Each design includes 3 complimentary revisions. After that, each additional revision is $10.

Revisions may take up to 2 additional business days. Please come prepared with a clear vision before booking to avoid excess revisions.

DRAFTS & COPYRIGHT
Drafts are for approval only and remain the property of The Dom Effect LLC. Do not copy, alter, or share drafts for any reason.

​

USAGE RIGHTS
By booking, you grant The Dom Effect LLC permission to use completed designs for portfolio and promotional purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing.

​

NO DUPLICATION POLICY
We do not copy designs. Inspiration is welcome, but direct duplication of others’ work is strictly prohibited.

​

GHOSTING / DISAPPEARANCE FEE
If you do not submit your content within 2 days of booking, you’ll receive 1 courtesy reminder. If no response is received within 2 more days, your order will be closed.

If communication stops mid-project, you’ll receive 1 follow-up. Your project will be closed if no response is received within 24 hours.

You may reopen your project within 3 days for a $20 reactivation fee. After that, a new order must be placed at full price.

​

TERMINATION POLICY
The Dom Effect LLC reserves the right to terminate service at any time due to:

• Disrespectful or inappropriate behavior

• Use of profanity or threats

• Violation of business policies

• Lack of communication

• Submission of unprofessional or poor-quality materials

• Disputing payments mid-project

​

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

• Clients are responsible for submitting all necessary content upfront.

​

• We are not liable for errors in information you provide (e.g., typos, poor-quality photos, etc.). Proofreading is your responsibility.

​

• A fee will apply to correct any missed or inaccurate content after submission.

​

FORCE MAJEURE
In the event of illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances (death, natural disaster, etc.), projects may be delayed or canceled. In such cases, refunds may be issued at the designer’s discretion.

POLICY AGREEMENT
By booking a service through The Dom Effect LLC, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to all terms and policies stated above. Failure to comply may result in termination or legal action.​
